Abstract

The Land legislation establishes the requirements to patrimonialize the owner's rights and faculties in a gradual process. The rights are acquired based on the fulfillment of some duties and for having borne some burdens inherent to land ownership. Determining when the owner has consolidated the faculties and rights is essential to fix the indemnities when he cannot exercise those faculties. This article analyzes the acts and circumstances that allow us to understand these rights and powers as consolidated from the global perspective of law, both urban or administrative, and civil and constitutional.
