Legal protection around Intellectual Property Rights from the Spanish Procedural Code

This paper offers a practical schematization of the current procedural system that is followed in Spanish Procedural Law regarding the defence of Intellectual Property Rights (copyright) and Industrial. Therefore, in the first instance, the civil procedural procedure, which is the ordinary procedure, is followed, followed by the rapid procedure established in the Criminal Procedure Law and finally the brief and recent protection of the contentious-administrative legislation in what means the protection of these rights in the so-called information society.
