Abstract

The issue of the elderly is a subject that cannot be considered closed or concluded, on the
contrary, the discussion is always open. The intention of this text is to collaborate by contributing
three items that I consider of value: 1) It is a field characterized by heterogeneity and complexity.
2) It is necessary to carefully assess the biography of the elderly. 3) Consider the need for Older
Adults, depending on their conditions, to take on tasks of responsibility.
