COVID19. DIARIO DE LA EXPERIENCIA DESDE UNA UCI

Abstract

The Sars-Cov-2 pandemic has been a huge challenge for health care professionals. The intense experience during this period, working from the ICU, has provided us with relevant learning in the scientific field, improving our training on this new disease. However, the greatest learning has resided in the human aspects of the crisis, such as the development of cooperative skills, as well as decision-making at the limit of our deontological commitment. Going through this process, has made us appreciate, to a higher extent, the high quality of care that we were used to provide, despite the weakening suffered by our health care system over the last decade.
