Abstract

This work contains three elements to develop: Patient Centered Care, Responsibility and
Institutions. I shall consider them in reverse order. In the first part I propose to define the
main characteristics of each of them and analyze their relationships, primarily related
environment to another concept: the quality of health care. Within the latter there is a
dimension which is to to Ethics Organizations. All this has to do with the Patient Centered
Care. The last part is devoted to proposals for actions to help realize what this horizon
patient-centered care.
