Abstract

The procedure for applying Real Estate Complexes to Endowment Actions in the public acquisition of Endowment Land under the Isolated Actions regime is already well-known and has already been published and explained in this Journal in March 2021 by this same author.
However, the same cannot be said of an analogous procedure for refinancing Endowment Land already obtained through onerous expropriation, which allows for the restoration of the application of the basic principle of the Spanish Urban Planning System of the Distribution of Burdens and Benefits, enabling the acquisition of land through its offset in urban development of equivalent value.
This article is dedicated to explaining this innovative procedure in detail.
