Constitution of real estate complexes in regime of endowment actions: instrumental innovation of relevant urbanistic transcendance
Abstract
It is generally known that management in the consolidated city manifests itself as the current area of fundamental intervention to accommodate socioeconomic and urban activity that allows the recovery of the crisis started after the bubble burst. However, it is surprising the insufficient existing knowledge about some urban management instruments incorporated into the professional
heritage in the original Land Law 8/2007 and, currently, in the current Consolidated Text of the Urban Land and Rehabilitation law 7/2015, specifically those related to Endowment Actions and Real Estate Complexes.
Accordingly, and taking into account the relevant virtualities that both instruments offer for a solvent intervention in the consolidated city and, even more so in the application of both together, this article proceeds to explain as pedagogically as possible, both in conceptual terms. and theoretical as well as practical, the content and determinations that characterize them.
