Abstract

The article analyzes the most important developments in the Valencian Community in terms of rehabilitation and compulsory building. From a normative and jurisprudential point of view, the most notable changes in the operation of the land registry are analyzed, as well as the casuistry generated in the substitution and forced sale processes derived from the breach of the social function of the property. All of this is contextualized within the framework of the new public strategies for revitalizing and improving the city.
