Abstract

This paper tries to analyze the different forms of access to housing contemplated in the recent Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the right to housing, which highlights protected housing and incentivized affordable housing. Along with this regulation, new forms of use such as collaborative housing constitute a way of accessing housing that may be of interest to certain groups and that
has been the subject of regional regulation in Law 3/2023, of April 13, of collaborative housing in the Valencian Community and to which we are going to dedicate attention in relation to state regulations.
