Abstract

This article makes a first approximation to the Law for the right to housing 12/2023, from a point of view of the consequences that the limitations that the law establishes especially in terms of areas have on the right to property in housing. of stressed market, with the corresponding administrative declaration and its effects as well as the consequences on leases, disadvantaged groups, empty houses, etc., that the law imposes.
