Abstract

Urban Law must play an essential role in establishing a balance between public interests and citizen's rights and interests. However, due to the situation that has been developed in Spain in recent decades, many of the principles and values that identify the social and democratic State of Law are distorted, such as legal certainty, administrative efficiency or the right to good administration, which is a clear danger for urbanism to increase corruption.
