Abstract

Thursday 22 of december was published in The Oficial Gazette of the Community
of Madrid, number 304, the Law 11/2022, of December 21, on Urgent
Measures for the Promotion of Economic Activity and the Modernization of

the Administration of the Community of Madrid. Within the framework of a
policy of reducing burdens and reducing bureaucracy, parliamentary work is
carried out that ended with the approval of the Omnibus Law, with 77 votes
in favor of the right-wing parties compared to 55 votes against the parties from
left. This article analyzes the main novelties of this law, whose strategic axes
are flexibility, deregulation and strengthening of local autonomy.
