The modification of the Rustic Floor Regulation by Decree 86/2018, of november 20, of measures to facilitate the urban activity of citizenship and small municipalities in Castilla La Mancha

Abstract

This article deals with the subject of the modification of the Rustic Land Regulation in the Autonomous Community of Castilla La Mancha by Decree 86/2018, studying whether the measures adopted lead to an improvement in the protection of this type of soil or, although, It has produced a decrease in its guarantees to favor the urban development of another type of land in small municipalities. The conclusion is unequal: it has improved in sectoral protection while there has been a worsening in the definition of population nucleus formation risk and in the configuration of non-developable land uses for special protection.
