Abstract

The contracting of the urbanization works by the owners´ management boards has undergone an important evolution in our urban law, in view of the public sector contract regulations and the community and national jurisprudence that interprets it. This paper aims to perform an analysis of the existing jurisprudence on the issue, as well as the figure of the contracting authority, in order to determine the specific scope of the contract regulations for owners´ management boards.
