Abstract

An exposition of the jurisprudence of the Spanish Supreme Court on singular obligations resulting from urban planning. It identifies the value of urban constructions exclusively with its current building use, irrespective of the public interests of conservation of the architectural heritage and maintenance of urban diversity.
