Abstract

The environmental crimes in Spain are regulated in the «Penal Law» in various sections. On the one hand, some are to be found in the chapter titled «Crimes against natural resources and the environment» and on the other hand, others are distributed in other sections and chapters of the said legal text. In all cases a constant reference is made to the abundant Spanish administrative
rules and adaptation to the rulings of the European Union, which is extremely demanding in the protection of the environment. Given the various crimes existing, their problems and for a better understanding, the task will be divided into three different articles. The first of them, the actual one, will be covered
in articles 325, 326, 326 bis and 327.
