Abstract

Throughout this article, many of the doubts that investors have when acquiring a developable land are resolved in a simple and pragmatic way. Thus, the reader will find answers to queries related to the unpaid urbanistic charges, any other outstanding urban liabilities that may be linked to the land (afecciones urbanísticas), the expiration and the prescription of the charges or the subrogation of the new owner in the duties and rights of the former owner, among others, always supported by Resolutions of the General Directorate of the Registry and the Notaries (Resoluciones de la Dirección General del Registro y del Notariado) and by the last issued sentences.
