Will it finishing the problem of the Mar Menor in other «Algarrobico»? State of the question

Abstract

In this work, a tour is made of what are considered the main normative and technical documents that, with the intention of establishing different measures for its restoration, have been written on the Mar Menor. Since many of the issues that
have to do with this space are of a technical nature, in this paper, after an initial presentation of these aspects that will allow the reader to contextualize the problem and know how the present situation came about, will focus primarily on the breaches of the legal field that have come to light in these documents. It will then conclude with a chapter dedicated to the legal instrument that is considered, if not the main one, one of the main causes of the current ecosystem deterioration of this lagoon: inspection, which has been conspicuous by its absence.
