The valorization of residues as a medium of renovative energy generation. Special attention to the andaluz case

Abstract

Throughout this article we will be analyze everything about what waste management and recovery is concerned, so we will start by looking at the concept of waste itself, both in Community and state legislation, as well as in the doctrine. We will continue to study the main regulatory backgrounds that in the European Union have given rise to current legislation on waste management and recovery, and then enter fully into existing state legislation, as well as in plans and programs that the state legislator has approved or plans to approve. We will complete our article with references to Andalusian legislation in this area, as we as the most relevant regional plans, ending with current data that may be of interest in the light of all the above.
