Abstract

The purpose of this research work is to analyze the origin and evolution of the legal regime of the duty of conservation and rehabilitation of real estate from its state and autonomous regulation, focusing on the present moment and from the understanding of the social function that delimits the content of the right of property. This duty of conservation is not unlimited, therefore, once the limits established by the Law have been exceeded, this requirement to preserve the property in its useful life disappears, to begin with a new state that frames it within a state of ruin, dilapidated.
