Abstract

Urban agreements, especially planning agreements, have been a common practice in recent years, especially by the local administration and certain real estate developers. Currently, the role of planning agreements has changed, and this article analyzes whether, once the COVID-19 health crisis has been overcome, they can be given a second chance to renew their damaged image.
