Analysis of law 1/2021, of february 12, on urban simplification and adminisatrative measures of the community board of Castilla-La Mancha

Abstract

This article carefully analyzes the important urban modification that Law 1/2021 has made in the autonomous community of Castilla La Mancha. Its scope ranges from the classification and qualification of the land, the precision and introduction of urban or planning concepts, to the execution and urban discipline. It is clear that legislation is being legislated with the aim of responding to the problems observed in these years of application of the norm, but also, as we will see, there has been a state reaction, which has led to a new modification of said norm the modernization of urban instruments and concepts are of great value.
