Urban Law and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are interconnected in the context of contemporary cities, offering new opportunities to improve urban management, territorial planning and environmental protection. This article examines how Artificial Intelligence can transform Urban Law, facilitating a more sustainable and efficient development of urban environments. Through a critical
analysis and the review of case studies, this paper proposes a conceptual framework that integrates both disciplines, which could result in more innovative and effective urban policies by providing an overview of how Urban Law and Artificial Intelligence can coexist and complement each other under an approach that favors sustainable and ethical urban development.
